Illustration for an exhibition about Galileo Galilei, by Scuola Ladina di Fassa
The illustrations, created for a school exhibition, are set in pairs. Both are showing what different groups of people thought of Galileo, to showcase how everybody had a different opinion of him. The icon placed in the center of the planet and as background behind Galileo’s head tells us who’s opinion it was, while the rest shows us how they perceived him. These illustrations were printed on forex sheets and hung with a transparent string to show on one side Galileo's face and on the other the correlated planet.
